This help center turns the full user guide into a browsable in-app reference. Start with the quick-start topics below, open the printable manual for a complete walkthrough, or jump to the feature you need right now.

OrbitOverflow hides some features based on role, organisation membership, and feature permissions. For example, Notes, Messages, Reports, Reminders, and Friends only appear when your account is allowed to use them.
This normally means the account exists but is waiting for payment, license activation, or administrator approval before workspace access can continue.
Completed tasks are locked. Once a task is marked completed, OrbitOverflow blocks edits, deletion, image removal, and some sharing actions to preserve the work record.
Only personal tasks can be shared through the friend-sharing workflow, and the receiving user must already be on your friends list. Completed tasks also cannot be shared.
Team members can usually post updates, but the task owner controls the main task record, checklist editing, and completion.
Check whether the user is still in the organisation, still active, and currently assigned to the relevant team. Team-task access follows actual team membership.
Open Reports, set the date range or task filter you need, enter a valid email address, and use the Send Report action. Single-task and team-task report options are also available when relevant.
The repeat-until date cannot be earlier than the main reminder date. The reminder also still requires a title and a valid starting date.
Attachments can fail when the file type is unsupported or the file is too large. Messages only allow supported image formats, while notes support broader file attachments with size limits.
The organisation may have reached its member limit, or the invited email already belongs to a user who is part of another organisation.
The routine may be paused, not due yet, waiting for approval, or missing a valid active assignee or approver. Open Organisation > Routines to check the next run date and approval queue.
