Payment Instructions
  • Only trial accounts can use the workspace without payment.
  • Active trial accounts cannot pay or submit renewal requests until the trial ends.
  • Non-trial accounts stay locked until payment is confirmed or an administrator activates the license.
  • When PayPal checkout is configured, use the Pay Now button on the exact plan you want to activate.
  • Manual payment details remain available as a fallback if PayPal checkout is unavailable.

After Payment
  • Successful PayPal checkout activates the selected license automatically.
  • An administrator can still activate access manually when needed.
  • Monthly licenses expire on the last day of the current month, while yearly licenses run for a full year.
  • The app updates to show the live renewed license status.
